Wow!
I think that The Magnificent Ambersons (even in the cut that survives) is a better film than Kane . I like Kane a great deal and I think it is a ground breaking film but have never felt it was the best film ever made and I think that Ambersons' trumps it in the end for enjoyment and story telling. ...
