How to Change your SSO "clock"

Yup, it's that day again, and for about 5 minutes, I forgot how to do this, too!
But here's the nugget: click on your User Control Panel link, choose "Board Preferences", and scroll down to find an impressively long menu of selectable time zone "stamps" . . then just find yours, click it, scoll down to the bottom and hit "SUBMIT" - not "reset"!
And voila!
You're back at the races!
