MY THREAD IN GENERAL ...

I'm going to stop posting for awhile here and take a month off to reflect what I'm doing wrong here. Since, I don't get any suggestions from you guys for assistance of what pictures that you want me to post - I need to take a step back and reflect what I need to do get response from you guys. I'm frustrated that I don't get any and having said that I just wanted to re-think what I'm doing wrong here.

I'm sorry that I came to this decision and eventually, I told my Agent to stop looking for pictures for me for the rest of the year and focus on other customers that he has and I may use this time to weed out some unwanted pictures from my collection. I'm burned out and having said that my presence here will be very limited and I will continue to read posts from you guys and I do respect your love for movies and all and I may not do much posting for the next month or two.

I will do the Rita Christmas Special and I do have 3-4 new photos to share then - but I need to take the time off to sit back and reflect what I need to do make this thread more entertaining for you.





This picture will be my Avatar for the next month or two until - I feel right to comeback and post pictures again. Sorry Everyone!

ADVANCE NOTICE - RESUME POSTING ON AUGUST 10TH

Because, I will be posting pictures of Cary Grant, Jean Arthur, and Rita Hayworth in ONLY ANGELS HAVE WINGS ... because that movie will be on TCM on October 12th.

I have sold 178 photos; 110 from my dear friend and another 68 from my collection. So, I deleted 68 photos from my Photobucket Account in the past 10 days. Both Shutterfly and Imgur Accounts have been deleted.

And, I'm not accepting anymore photos for the rest of the year unless my agent and I say otherwise.

Love these pics. I'm not sure why you have decided to limit your postings, but it's saddening. I enjoy the pictures of various eras of Rita Hayworth/old Hollywood that you put up. It's just that I really have nothing to add to it. "Yes, fine pictures" every few pages would get pretty tiresome, no? I imagine many of us have the same reaction. It's not due to any lack of appreciation! I hope you keep it going.

Only Angels Have Wings is fairly forgettable...except for the three stars who elevate it. Admittedly, Rita's performance isn't especially notable, but her presence adds to the draw.

These four posts contains all my photographs of Rita Hayworth in They Came to Cordura a 1959 Film of which she co-starred with her, close, and dear friend Gary Cooper. All 17 photos - I used to have 47 photos and my agent and I determined that they have no apparent value whatsoever. I lost 30 photos altogether.
