Do you know what some infamous and jealous actress said in the forties about Rita ? "I don't understand all that fuzz about Hayworth, Lamarr is more beautiful, Grable has better legs, Rogers is a better dancer and Hepburn a better actress" ! And what said the man she said that to ? "You know dear, i guess its the way it all hangs together somehow " I love that quote !!! Rita was the package ! And by the way, i do not agree at all to that comparison, ok K. Hepburn might have been a greater actress. LOL !

I wished they worked together earlier in their career and John Wayne did not know what's going on with Rita at the onset of Alzheimer's and because of that he made the best that he could do at the time this picture was made. The one in black and white (the bottom one) photograph is a favorite of mine for years.
