Hmmmm . . can't think of a good reason to bell a stuffed reindeer . . then again, any live caribou I've been around would've had that garland 'bridle' chewed, swallowed & half digested in under a minute.
I guess I'd cast my vote for a taxidermied stand-in, as that eye we're looking at is shiney enough to be pure glass.
