A couple of things I missed on my many previous viewings. When Scott Glenn asks Augie how Costner died, and Augie answers, he fell off his horse. The camera goes back to Scott and his expression is priceless as he says " he FELL OFF his horse?" We all saw earlier that the horse was just an extension of Kevins' own body.

Also, totally unbelievable but funny as heck, was when Costner stood in the triangular corner of the bar, crossed his arms, and shot at the two outlaws coming at him, and HITTING both of them.

These were completely new to me, and that proves why I love to watch movies more than once, especially if I liked them the first time. So often things happen while you're watching, the phone or doorbell rings, someone walks into the room, you glance out the window at the weather, etc. and you miss something truly funny, important, silly, or just interesting.
