Re: In Vinyl Veritas
One of my favorite songs and my favorite album, though with the
caveat that the last Elton John album I bought was Goodbye
Yellow Brick Road.

Back in the day, the last one I bought was Caribou.

Though I bought the 45 "Someone Saved My Life Tonight", my sister owned the Captain Fantastic album, which I never listened to but once... I do like Greatest Hits Vol. 2...

Re: In Vinyl Veritas
Thanks for posting this one.
I always like this song whenever I hear, but I never knew the title was "Don't Dream It's Over."
I also didn't know the name of the singer/band who performed it.
What stuck in my memory was the recurring "Hey now, hey now."
So while I like the song, I never sought it out to listen to "on demand."
I also never realized how literary the lyrics were:
"Try to catch the deluge in a paper cup."
