Nothing has been said about this here as far as I can see? Junior Coughlan, one of the last surviving Child Stars of the Silent Era died on September 7th. Couglan appeared in several memorable Silent films including William Haines SLIDE KELLY SLIDE, the Sea Faring Adventure THE YANKEE CLIPPER with William Boyd, and SMALL SHOULDERS with Louis Wolheim. In the early 1940's, He played Billy Batson in the Republic serial THE ADVENTURES OF CAPTAIN MARVEL. His career in the movies lasted well over 50 years. Please allow for the size of this graphic.
