It's amazing how many British born actresses, or born of Brit decent made an impact in the Western genre
Born of British parents Olivia De Havlliand made Dodge City, The Santa Fe Trail and They Died With Their Boots On, all with Errol Flynn
Daughter of a British father, belgium born Audrey Hepburn played an Indian girl in The Unforgiven with Burt Lancaster
Deborah Kerr in The Sundowners
Greer Garson played a Dr. in Strange Lady In Town with Dana Andrews
Jean Simmons in The Big Country with Gregory Peck and Rough Night in Jericho with George Peppard
Juliet Mills in The Rare Breed
Madeline Carrol in Northwest Mounted Police with Gary Cooper
Angela Lansbury in the underrated Lawless Street with Randolph Scott and musical The Harvey girls
Not so good in Shalako, Honor Blackman was brilliant in comedy western Something Big with Brian Keith
Lynn Redgrave was brilliant in the mini-series Centential
Jane Seymore in the series and follow up tv movies Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman
Joley Richardson was oppisite Mel Gibson in The Patriot
Elizabeth Taylor in Raintree Country, though some might not regard it as a western
Elsa Lanchester supported Shelly Winters in Frenchie
Carol White is best known in the UK for the tv play Cathy Come Home, a socially acclaimed drama about a homeless family, playing the wife of Ray Brooks. On the global stage she was brilliant as Scot's lass Dover in Something Big with Dean Martin
Mary Ure followed in ODH's footsteps by playing Libby Custer in the film Custer Of The West with Robert Shaw

Great idea, Stuart!
Merle Oberon in The Cowboy and the Lady...though calling it a western is a bit of a stretch....
and Binnie Barnes in Last of the Mohicans.

Actors born in Nothern Ireland, like Liam Neilson are British, but as Barry Fitzgerald was born in the Republic he was Irish. I remember when golfer Podraig Harrington won his first major, I thought a British winner at last, but he was Southern Irish, whereas the previous Irish winner Fred Daly in 1948 came from Northern Ireland and was regarded as a Brit
