Choose the Best Bard Film: Results

Post by ChiO »

A MacBeth set in Japan and a re-working of Richard II, Henry IV (parts one and two), Henry V and The Merry Wives of Windsor.

Kurosawa and Welles.

Two beautiful films.

Polling ends on Tuesday, October 19, at 11:59pm CST.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated.

ChiO, even though I couldn't participate once Kiss Me Kate was out of the running (guess I'm just one of the unwashed masses) I still enjoyed reading about the movies up for voting, and I think it's great that you are willing to spend so much time on these polls. They are fun, and informative, but the work involved is time consuming, I'm sure. So, thanks for all the efforts, especially when you are trying to fend off bad guys and save your glasses and your trout....

Looks like I need to see Chimes At Midnight. You'll make a Welles fan of me yet
