Last Wednesday, just before I went to Big Boy's Burgers Restaurant in Burbank; a dear friend of mine (another Rita Hayworth's Collector) told me about deal involving 43 pictures of her and the problem is that the dealer wants to unload all 86 pictures for 1 low price. LIke a two for 1 deal. The problem is that my friend do not want 86 pictures he wanted 43 instead. So, that's what I'm come into the picture.

So, I was curious what the deal that he was talking about and he and I went to a Mom and Pop Hollywood Collectibles Store and these are incredible - these are the complete set of photo that she did for LIFE MAGAZINE BACK in 1947. So, he and I purchased two complete sets and we were happy to have them.

I got 11 more pictures to go with this series and they are totally different from these pictures that you see here and I will do those on Monday because I will be gone this weekend to Victoria to visit a dear friend on his birthday and celebrate with family and friends. I will be having a Salmon BBQ on Saturday for his birthday and visit Butchart Gardens on Sunday. Back home on Monday and finish the rest of the 11 pictures and proceed from there.

I just loved these pictures in 1947.
