Castle on the Hudson (1940)

Showing late this evening, Anatole Litvak remakes 20,000 Years in Sing Sing (1932) with John Garfield and Ann Sheridan in perhaps their best picture together. A fitting close to the prison dramas of the 1930's, TCM hasn't played this movie in about five years, so lock yourself in for a good one tonight.
