James Garner RIP

James Garner one of the great modern screen actors has died at 86.
It has been suggested however, that his film career, despite its acheivements, didn't reach the heights of his tv roles in Maverick and The Rockford Files. That said his classic films include Darby's Rangers, Cash McColl, The Great Escape, the brilliant The Americanization Of Emily, the underrated western Dual At Diablo, The Thrill Of It All, Support Your Local Sherif, Support Your Local Gunfighter and Murphy's Romance
