Sorry to have confused you. Like the imdb symopsis, I avoided reference to the surprise climax.
Let's just say: Set him up for a big fall.
For another, even more obscure example, I offer the not-so-great Jeff East thriller variously known as The Hazing and/or Campus Corpse.
