Re: Our New Moderator
I want to know if I can if I choose to. I deleted my account at the other site.
Watching until the end.

Lawrence, you have to think of others. It would make many of us very unhappy if you left here. (Well, I can only speak for myself. It would make me unhappy.)LawrenceA wrote: ↑January 14th, 2023, 11:27 pmI want to know if I can if I choose to. I deleted my account at the other site.

Re: Our New Moderator
I have to join the chorus of people begging you not to leave over a moderator saying something crude to you years ago. Please don’t let something so trivial ruin it for the rest of us who like you.
Re: Our New Moderator
I'm not saying that I'm going to delete my account because of TikiSoo being a moderator. I was asking if there was a way to delete an account, as I had just done so rather easily at Topbilled's site. I couldn't find the same options here, so I asked if there were any, or if this works the way the TCM site did, and one just logs out and doesn't come back.
Watching until the end.
Re: Our New Moderator
I have removed SSO from my favorites, but not because of a moderator. Primarily because of the posts by a few individuals but also because my security system has periodically reported stopping threats that came from this site.
Have also decided to post less, and may eventually leave - still pondering it.
I will not be going to the "other site." Just don't think it is that secure, among other things.

I don’t pay no attention to any of that corn. Wanna throw me out? Throw me out. Block me out? Block me out. I’m going to say what I feel like saying whenever I feel like saying it. Everybody has the right do to that, if they don’t get blocked out.

DITTO!
Why someone gets himself/herself so worked up about discussions (of trivialities!) in a cyberspace forum I'll never understand.

Oh, I don’t know if anybody noticed but Mitchum had (on purpose I’m sure) dirty fingernails. They were right there to see, like he’d been working on his car.
Re: Our New Moderator
We can't have that. No one can become a moderator with a fingernail problem.

Other than Lawrence, I am totally confused as to what your guys are posting about.

I think that Thompson got confused and posted his comment related to Thunder Road in this forum instead of in Noir Alley.
