I have, and I enjoyed so much that I added it to my collection. It's scary, intense, disturbing at times. Toni Collette gives an excellent performance. One of my favorite horror movies.
The final scene is a bit overdone, but it doesn't harm the movie very much.

I saw Hereditary, but remember very little about it. I do remember that I thought that the little girl in it was creepy looking -- a horror movie herself.
