I noticed new commercials for Malone hosting Silent Sunday nights. Did the other host leave?

Here you go Hibi: TCM Imports with Alicia Malone.

Doesn't look like Silent Sunday Nights is changing:

Ben is right. Dave smiles and he doesn't.

Glad to hear Jacqueline Stewart isn't going anywhere. Have always felt she brings an air of class to the TCM proceedings, and with never a whiff of stuffiness.

(...and has a pleasant voice as well)

She's the most knowledgeable, of the 4 main hosts, on the history of cinema (Eddie being the expert on noir), and I think that comes across on the screen (and in person, the few times I've seen her at the TCMFF). She's served on the board of the LoC National Film Preservation Board, and of course, is the director and president of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in LA.

She is also the host of the Museum's podcast, which is recommended if you want to delve into specific topics on history, the making of movies, and the Academy Awards. They have been concentrating on casting in the last few episodes.
