caught "Red" by chance this a.m. Fascinating film, beautifully photographed. After reading of the other 2 am now anxious to see those also

just been reading about the 2 Nobuo Nakagawa films being shown on 'Underground' this Fri.,1-15, nite. They sound pretty intense. thanks for mentioning one of my favorite coming-of-age films.
It depicts such a warm, supportive and family, who love each other in spite of, or maybe because of all their faults and foibles. Would've loved a dad like Boyer. Always leaves me with a smile on my face.
