But...there is a big difference in being attracted to another adult of the same sex, and being attracted to a 12 year old child...I can't quite accept that analogy. I find Buster Keaton to be a good intro into silents. His stunts always inspire awe, and he's funny.

Catching up here---saddened to read about Bernie Sahlins. Great article! I teach improv to kids and teens. I feel that it should be included in all study of acting technique, yet it's usually looked upon as a separate thing.
