Re: Robert Ryan Biographer J.R. Jones To Visit 7/10 & 7/11

Love Robert Ryan's films. Look forward to the interview.
I was always surprised that Robert had appeared in a musical on Broadway,MR PRESIDENT. Was that a good experience for him and how was his singing voice?
Thank you.

Re: Myrna Loy

Thanks for posting that video clip. Lovely to see Myrna getting the Oscar recognition for her long career. I hoped she might say more in her acceptance speech but that wasnt to be.

Thanks for great review and pictures,Moira. Would love to see this film.i've always liked Margaret Lindsay - she was very good in House of the Seven Gables which has Vincent Price and George Sanders as two battling brothers.

Claudette Colbert was cast but had an accident which meant she couldn't do the film. I love Claudette but that part is Bette's! And i...

CineMaven,I love Samuel S. Hinds' screen persona. He looks as if he will be utterly kind and fair - about everybody and everything. One of those wonderful band of skilled character actors we musnt take for granted.
