As for me, I like Steven Segall movies, Arnold Schwarznegger movies and Sylvester Stallone movies. I go in not expecting any Oscar nominations and I am never disappointed. Of course, since my daughter hates Steven Segall, maybe I just watch for the "irritation factor". :P Anyway, a movie d...

Hi, Judith.

Ray Romano's TV wife was played by Patricia Heaton.

Tim Allen's TV wife was played by Pat Richardson who happens to be nine days younger than me (although she looks more like nine years younger at least.)

I've checked this thread twice and I can't believe that no one has mentioned Wagon Train! I remember it was one of the Westerns that we regularly watched in our house. I recall when Ward Bond died and was replaced by John McIntyre. And Saturday mornings were not complete until we watched Fur...

Currently I am reading the tenth book in Robert Jordan's "The Wheel of Time" series. I bought a book at a discount table at the local drugstore and my daughter pointed out that it was book #9 in a series. Not wanting to start at the end of the series, I put it back for future perusal. Well...

I think it is generally accepted that the worst president was either James Buchanan or Warren Harding. The view of the effectiveness of a President of the United States is colored by the events that occur during his administration and how he dealt with them. Many of the "better" ones had r...

Thanks, Moira. I've been looking around, getting the lay of the land. It took me a little while to get an avatar set up since it's something I'd never done before. Just following the directions at the profile page and in my own picture editing program (to get a picture down to an acceptable size) an...

As George Burns said to his lovely wife at snack time:

"Munchos, Gracie?"

(If that's a little too obscure... Muchas gracias, Sue Sue!)
