A real tip off to that door is that it’s cheapo chipboard. I would use a real wood shelf unit.
It would be a real bonus if you tipped a sconce to unlatch the door.

Re: I Just Watched...
for me, a semantic pedantic, I lament the loss of the word " QUEER" as a GREAT way to say "effing ODD." I've seen a lot of "Odd Fellows" Memorials and meeting houses in my travels. My traveling partner once said "What group would want to be known as the "Odd ...

Re: I Just Watched...
I don't think the word "pansy" is used anymore. Nor is my favorite "Lavender" which I use to describe classic actors of the closeted past like Edward Everett Horton and Clifton Webb. I'd also use Lavender to describe Patsy Kelly. I find "pansy" insulting. Most in my ci...

Look like Streisand, huh? She's much prettier than I but have to admit her beauty helped me accept my big nose. This looks old but cracked me up: https://scontent-lga3-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.6435-9/100073621_10158268733678745_6738878110617305088_n.jpg?_nc_cat=109&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=5f2048&_nc_...

Re: I Just Watched...
Another bleak round of dealing with the Oscars, and with the glum 2000s, and with uncomfortable issues such as Nazis, concentration camps, cloning, serial killers, warfare, govermental corruption, and sundry other issues. I wish I could give this post 2 thumbs up. Your writing is succinct with thou...

Re: Humorous Memes
https://i.imgur.com/OSHtBUy.jpg I get really annoyed when people dismiss really cool ideas with one destructive word like that. Why have some so wholly embraced mean criticisms as funny? If anyone can find a meme of an old lady bewildered/offended by changing culture I'd appreciate it. Masha seems ...

Re: MUSINGS, PONDERINGS, RUMINATIONS AND FANCIES
As promised, more abysmal films.... In Like Flint (1967) Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris (1975) Very surprised you included In Like Flint - it left me cold but thought I was the only one. I always wanted to see Jaques Brel is Alive & Well, remember when it came out is was tal...

Wow Steve Lawrence & Eric Carmen the same week. Polar differences, but I enjoyed the work of both.
But I'm with Hibi on losing Richard Lewis-it came as a shock and is a sad loss for the world.

Re: MUSINGS, PONDERINGS, RUMINATIONS AND FANCIES
I remember that special. In fact my family has a copy of it on DVD..... (My parents are both from Pittsburgh, and bought many of the PBS specials, both national ones and Pennsylvania made ones, that the Pittsburgh station made on DVD) Cool! I love Rick Sebak and ALL of his specials-he has his finge...
