This one of Ina Balin is slightly too large. Can you trim it for me?
I swear, this looks just like me in high school. Eerie! Not so much now, I'm afraid. Since Ina left us all too soon, who knows if we might have grown to look the same in middle age.
Many thanks. Judith

No problem. Do you want any text on it or anything?
How about "Brooklyn Girl" Both Ina and I qualify for that.
Many thanks.
Judith

Okay - I put the avatar into your profile!

Hope you like it! :)

Oooohhhh!! Great photo of Myrna! One of my favorite actresses, so this'll be fun!

I'm tired of avatars for today...but I'll work on this one tomorrow.

Great photo too - nice and clear with good color balance!

I know! I'm excited about Myrna.

But I'm exhausted. I don't think I've spent this much time in PhotoShop during the course of one day EVER....unless the subject was Gary Cooper!

...Who I could pretty much look at for the rest of my life without break.

Myrna will have to wait until tomorrow.

I Love Myrna. She was born on the same day & month than I. I'm currently reading her wonderful autobiography "Being and Becoming".

Thanks again.

^ I love her also. She is probably my second favorite actress - right after Barbara Stanwyck.

Myrna is just adorable.

That photo is from THIRTEEN WOMEN, isn't it?

No, it's from a MGM film, most probably the 1932 "Emma", not 100% sure.

If you give me the photo of John Wayne you would like to use, I can make it into an avatar for you and put it in your profile.

But you have to give me the photo, because I am not a particular fan of John Wayne and have no photos of him. And even if I did, I don't know what photos might be to your taste.

You can email me the photo or post it here and I can make it into an avatar for you, though.

I have one person ahead of you...but I can do it after that once you give me a photo.

The clearer the photo, the better. :)

And I don't know what you mean about interests. Do you mean in your profile?

pktrekgirl:

I was just looking through the pencil art and the avatar threads, and it dawned on me that I don't think I ever thanked you for my avatar! What a jerk!!!!! I have photoshop but have no idea what to do with it. When I try to read the instructions, it's all Greek to me. Pixels, IRL's, etc. I need common English (maybe I should say American). How did you learn it? Did you take a class or was it self taught? I can copy a photo from an internet site, but it goes into my desktop and I'm afraid to try to transfer it to one of my folders. Any advice you can give wold be much appreciated.

And finally, after three months, Thank You for my avatar.
