I am new to this forum, but I always run across the great photos you post in Google searches and whatnot. Thank you so much for sharing these gems! (I especially like the recently-posted on-the-set photo from "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, World!")

I love the photo of the four girls from Until They Sail, one of my all time favorites and one that I always finish watching when I am surfing and hit it on any channel, also one of Newmans early ones that shows why he got to where he eventually landed. Handsome, sexy, talented and seemed like such a likable guy.

Thank you, Norfious and welcome to SSO.
Anne, thanks for your input regarding "Until They Sail".
PT, Agnes Moorehead looks stunning in that image.

Katharine Hepburn and Bob Hope have fun on the set of "The Iron Petticoat"
(I believe that Kate had an odd sense of humor and when she laughed sometimes she snorted)

Edmond O'Brien, a classically trained actor who Robert Stack said was one of the best Shakespearean actors. Perhaps best known as one of the Kings of Noir. Was kind of shocked to catch him playing a Western hero in the very enjoyable Cow Town. But I have to say Eddie performed his cowboy role admirable. Wonderful, versatile actor who in my estimation never gave a bad performance.

And to step back a bit, Jane Greer always makes my heart beat a little faster. What a beauty!

THE IRON PETTICOAT is scheduled to play on TCM December 16 (for those curious few).

Gosh Joe, you never fail to amaze me with these great images. Wonderful candid of one of my favorite actors in a proud pose.

Sadly Eddie's little "angel" Manny pretty much turned out to be an "Angel with a Dirty Face".

That's too bad! Judging from that picture, 'Junior' could give Scotty Beckett a run for his money in cuteness. Although I think Scotty had his own problems too.
