Wonderful images of Buster smiling, what film is that last image from?

It's from Le roi des Champs-Élysées (1934).

Buster was a handsome man and he covered up that fact quite well with all the makeup. I suppose his comic persona didn't lend itself too well to being thought of as handsome but he was as both your lovely pictures show. I love the cameraderie in both pictures, which existed in real life.

Can anyone remember who's party Buster was at when he served the meal in disguise and created chaos? Did that have something to do with Roscoe Arbuckle?

How old was Cary there? In his early 60s I'd guess but looking 40.

Well, according to the IMDB the film was released in 1962 and he was born in 1904, so he would have been approximately 58 years of age. He does look good for late fifties.
