Curious, isn't it, Joe - the children styles of the day. There hardly looks to be any difference between Baby Peggy (God bless her) and Jackie Coogan.

BTW: In his younger days my dad was a dead ringer for Turhan Bey, sans mustache. In fact, people frequently remarked on the striking resemblance.

Stone, you are right about the styles of the day. It's too bad the the two child stars didn't have it that easy in their earlier careers.
It would be nice if you could provide a picture of your father.

Joe, I'm going to try to dig out a picture of my dad that best shows the resemblance and see if my stepdaughter can scan it for me. There's one photo that's really striking. Sadly, after a kidney stone operation and Pop's penchant for Ukrainian food my dad turned more into a latter-day Raymond Burr.
