And Michael Imperioli as a '70s cop in the U.S. version of Life On Mars. :) A pornstache par excellence. :)

.
First off, Steve McQueen, only 50 when he died, now THAT'S too young.
I love all the photos of the ladies and the leaning boards. From some of the info I've culled over the years, those gorgeous gowns were not always made for the lady who wore them in any specific movie. They were what you might call "off the rack" and made in one or two basic sizes to fit different body styles. Then the lady was literally sewn into the gown, often making it too tight to sit. The gown couldn't be altered for each different lady to wear, so a compromise had to be made. If you watch and try to set them in your memory, you will probably recognize many dresses and gowns in different movies and on different ladies. The ones I most notice are the dresses worn by saloon girls in the various western TV shows and movies, since that is the genre that I watch most often.

Man, O Man! Any group shot where Elisha Cook, Jr. is the handsome one is a shot of truly a motley crew.
Maybe that's why Sterling, Marie, Vince and James aren't in it...they would have ruined the effect.
Where's Mr. Carey's cute little puppy?
