I hear The Statue of Liberty re-opened, in spite of the government shutdown. I wonder if Norman Lloyd will be there!

My first thought is that might be the diner from "Shadow of A Doubt."

There's a clue in the bottom right hand corner of the photo! Must be Shadow of a Doubt.
