The Silver Screen Oasis

I've found that if I live in the city, I have to go to the country once a month. And If I live in the country, I have to go to the city once a month. Right now I am in the suburbs in a house on a large lot, and enjoy being able to grow tomatoes, and roses, and watch the hummingbirds and the doves and the butterflies come and go at their own pace.

It's the place for me.

She won't think to come here and look but I want to wish my lovely bride Carolann a very happy birthday. If we get started early enough maybe "You Can't Take It With You" should be watched with cake.

I hope that Carolann has a great birthday too, Chris!

Thank you all for the wonderful Birthday Wishes. It's been raining tabbies and daschunds here all day. No Laurel and Hardy tonight. Definitely You can't take it with you! Thanks to all of you for her birthday wishes. She doesn't come on very much but she often asks how people are here and if we've been talking about anything she would know. She really did enjoy reading the wishes.

BTW, she remembered she did watch some L&H this morning but alas she was alone.
