Happy New Year !
Joan Bennett and Raoul Walsh celebrate the New Year on Jan. 1, 1933 at the Agua Caliente resort in Mexico. Many Hollywood hobnobbers visited the spot regularly in the early '30s to indulge in horse racing and gambling (both pastimes were illegal in the LA area at the time).

If you have received a Jacquie Lawson animated card online before, you know how delightfully done they are.
Here's one that I was lucky enough to receive earlier this very new year that may cheer you as much as it did me.

Gosh, that was lovely, Moira. Nicely done. The music helped, it's nice to hear a fully orchestrated song too, not just some metallic jingle.
