2nd Cataract operation today

Post by Uncle Stevie »

They are picking me up at 7:15AM to go for my Left eye cataract operation today.

I will let you all know later how I made out. The right eye was very successful so I am looking for good things today.

Good luck Steve. I must wait till December for my second op. Things are a bit slower in Australia.

Thank you all for your good wishes. someone heard your prayers. here are the results.

I just returned from the eye doctor who removed my bandage from my second eye operation for cataract surgery. I am very pleased. I can see while driving and I can see the TV and the Computer screen all without glasses. If I need to read small print then I use my old bi-focal glasses and look through the tops only. So I am fine. Healing takes 4-6 months so says the Doc. At that time he will prescribe reading glasses. I feel better now.
