Knee is much better. Can walk on it normally, though sometimes I am still favoring it a bit, and taking the elevator instead of stairs at work. I have a third physical therapy session next Friday -- hope that's the last one. :)

I know you've all seen this one before but I finally added it to the Ben page. Alas, I don't have an original of it but a girl can dream of the day she may find one. ;)

Two She Wore a Yellow Ribbon pictures from the collection of Lasbugas. Lasbugas is a French (I think) collector who has just about everything from any John Wayne movie ever, and he kindly shares his items with us on the Duke Wayne Message Board (dukewayne.com). He also is happy to share with my Ben page -- thank you, Lasbugas!;) I just started a new album called "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon Photos and Lobby Cards" so I've moved all my SWAYR photos into it and that's where you can download even bigger versions of these two if you want. I like the tilted angle, which emphasizes their unity in a way.

One more...Unfortunately some kind of white gunk has become stuck to John Wayne's face and the soldier's face in the second row to the right also has a blemish, but otherwise it's a very nice vintage still.

That soldier behind is Fred Libby a Ford regular. (The one with the beard) he was one of the Cleggs in Wagonmaster , the one who was whipped. I recognose the face of the other one as a Ford regular but can't put a name to him. The bit players are often stuntmen. It maybe Post Parks who was the most fantastic wagon driver.

Isn't this a nice photo? ;) No date on it but I would guess it was taken in the early 1990s.

He looks like a white knight. :D Love the detail on the hat. You know, he's pretty dapper for a cowboy. I think he liked nice clothes, though nothing too pretentious.
