Maggie Sullavan looks excellent in that 1950 photograph. She looks as young as when she made films at MGM in between 1938-1940.

It's funny but if one were to lay odds against one Hollywood marriage that wouldn't survive, it likely would have been Mitch and Dorothy.
Kinda sends a shiver through the romantic in me as they clearly must have had a deep love and respect for each other.
