Your Favorite Film Of These Movie Studios

Post by Detective Jim McLeod »

I have read that the first five studios were the major ones of the classic era, while the last three were smaller independent ones. What is your favorite film produced at each one?

MGM
20th Century Fox
RKO
Paramount
Warner Brothers
Columbia
United Artists
Universal

Here's mine-

MGM-On The Town (1949)
20th Century Fox -Kiss Of Death (1947)
RKO-Gunga Din (1939)
Paramount-Rosemary's Baby (1968)
Warner Brothers- What Ever Happened To Baby Jane (1962)
Columbia-From Here To Eternity (1953)
United Artists--Night Of The Hunter (1955)
Universal-Bride Of Frankenstein (1935)
