Forget tonight's offering of Eye of the Devil . . wait, instead, for TCM to run The Innocents - it features a far less impressive cast, overall, and yet achieves about 5 times the level of macabre creepiness & genuine fright, without melting into a blurry mishmash of over-edited innuendo!
(If no one else deserved better, at least poor old Flora Robson should have been spared!)
