Although our hearts have all been with our friend Klondike this past week, I do want to bring attention to the passing of Estelle Getty - wonderful Ma from the Golden Girls. That lady cheered me on many unhappy afternoons and I'm sure she was the favorite character of most fans.

I will miss her a lot.

Sorry to hear of her passing. Believe it or not, she was the youngest of the four women on the shoe. Only goes to show what a talented actress and a good makeup artist can do with the right tools and medium to work with. From what I understand, she also had some fair successes on the legitimate stage as well. Like someone said, at least we have the reruns. Now, if we could only lose commercial interruptions. But that would be like asking for Winter without the cold or Summer without the heat!

All my best to my friends at SSO,

Hollis
