Guess I'm going on double-secret probation for this one.
Did someone say horns?

On second thought, I'm not sure those're the kind of horns you meant.

Oooooh Baby, Ricky Nelson!
Well, anyway, here's what I have to say about my "stories" (and I've got more than one):
Once upon a time, long, long ago, the world was changing, and I was coming of age. Women generally began to assert themselves much more, in every arena of life. Birth control was finally talked about out loud, and was easier for women to get than it had ever been. The only "safe sex" we practiced was the kind where you try not to let your parents catch you at it. I went all over town, and especially hung out in Greenwich Village on the weekends. There were musicians and other celebrities everywhere you turned. I was young, cute, well-developed, and had lots of nice long black hair. What were you all doing in the 60s? I was too, only here in NYC it was easier to do it with famous people. That's all.

DETAILS?? You're offering no details???????
Greenwich Village? Young, cute, long black hair, musicians, celebrities???
Who - what - where - when????????
Anyone interested in hearing my low-rent SKY SAXON (of the long-defunct
60's garage band "The Seeds") story?
... I didn't think so!

Now it can actually be shown to America!! Sky Saxon (with
his pals, The Seeds), visits young Lisa at her home in this brilliantly
re-created version which makes its unofficial premiere here at the
Record Party! Yes, that's Eve Arden and Herb Rudley playing the
Ryans and Kaye Ballard and Roger C. Carmel as your befuddled
neighbors, Thorny and Carlotta Hensuckker. But Lisa, who, I ask who,
is the shimmyin' blonde playing you?!?

Don't let me influence you, Lisa. Tell if you want to tell. ("Sky Saxon" -- yeah, sure, like that other guy's name is really John Saxon.)
Look at them --- hadn't thought about The Seeds in eons. They are like a Stones/Animals/Rascals/Paul Revere & the Raiders/ Lovin' Spoonful amalgam -- something for everyone.

And from Brooklyn? Is this you and that other Brooklynite, the Immutable Essence of the Universe, dancin' up a storm at one of those wild Greenwich Village parties?I was young, cute, well-developed, and had lots of nice long black hair.

Sadly, I don't remember ever meeting His Lordship. And since I was one of the few around the scene at that time who did not do drugs, and who drank sparingly, my memory counts for something (although I can't remember much from 40 seconds ago, I do remember 40 years ago; that's how memory works as you get older).
You know, when people of a certain age mention in my presence that they've been to one of the anti-war demonstrations in Washington or NYC during the 60s, I always ask: And did you see me there? I was the one with the jeans and long hair.
Some of them are so fried by this time, they don't get it.

Oh, that was you! I knew I recognized you from somewhere.

Something a little different for TRP. Here's loopist David Torn playing in an instructional video. You might not have heard of him, but Torn's ambient loops have been used in many movie soundtracks as well as pop songs. This is a short improvisation. For the curious, he also explains his rack and signal routing:
