Honor Blackman Avengers style

So far so good, I just hope the link stays.

I was really impressed by it, showing Honor Blackman's fighting skills in The Avengers. She had only one rehearsal before shooting the scenes. In one set in a graveyard she in realty knocked out wrestler Jackie Pallo for about 7 minutes while filming the scene. There is also one with John Thaw in a kilt. With the possible exception of Joanna Lumley, I thought her fight scenes in those clips more realistic than the Emma Peel, Tara King shows. She seems to be putting her heart and soul into those stunts. Her Cathy also seems a lot tougher than her global action heroine in Goldfinger

Here's Honor in a wesren I like Something Big and in her Who's The Boss UK remake The Upper Hand. In the second I think Honor bears a strong resemblance to her screen daughter Diana Weston
