"The stuff dreams are made of".
As for Randolph Scott, ever since Blazing Saddles I thought everyone talked that way regarding Randy.

I can't believe nobody has said "play it again, Sam", or "We'll always have Paris".
Or "Do you feel lucky, Punk?"
And to avoid any conduct problems, I'll just explain, and I think you'll all know what word I mean, when I say Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid invented a new and very special way to say a certain word - the one they said when jumping off the cliff into the water below.

Rosalind Russell as Auntie Mame: "HOW VIVID!"
And others from the same film:
"It's really top drawer."
"Courting my muse..."

Mae West (various):
Why don't you come up and see me [sometime]
Goodness had nothing to do with it
Beulah, peel me a grape
W.C. Fields (various)
Godfrey Daniel!
Laurel & Hardy (also various):
Well, here's another nice mess you've gotten me into
And let us not forget Desi Arnaz's immortal:
You got some 'splainin' to do!

Hey, gang!
Remember that once-torrid face-slapping "fess up" scene between Faye & Jack, from Chinatown?
"she's my sister . . my daughter . . my sister . . my daughter . . . "
Well evidently Steve Soderberg thinks it's so distantly iconic, he "borrowed" it nearly in toto for a climactic scene between George & Cate in The Good German.
(A genre-tribute film so perfect, it's perfectly boring!)

Good one from Laurel and Hardy, . . . fine mess . . . - That's definitely one of todays' idioms. And unfortunately, how true!!!
