Most of the father/son duos I've seen are basically similar in looks and mannerisms but in the case of Alan Alda and his Father Robert, they barely look related. Their noses are completely different, as are their eyes and hair lines. I looked up Alan in imdB to see some photos to check out my thinking and I see I was correct. I even thought for a minute that Alan was either adopted, or from a first very early marriage but no again. Does anyone agree with me?

Hi,

That picture of Loretta Young and her dreadful dress has me chuckling out loud.
That's the dress I hid in, in her closet,at her place once when playing 'hide & seek'. No body found me and when LY's mother, Gladys, asked me where I'd been and I told her, she laughed and said not to tell Loretta as that was viewed by her as "The Shroud of Hollywood"!!!!

It's emerald green heavy satin and horrendous (there's yards of it).... And, it comes with gloves and a cape!!!
