A dear collector friend of mine; she told me that the black part of the gown has two built in slips in nylon one half slip and one full length half slip that was sewn into the gown so that she (Rita) doesn't have to wear much Lingerie underneath it. This is one of her favorite gowns and she wore it on several occasions to promote Angels Over Broadway and she made comments that this is one of her most comfortable gowns that she ever worn in her whole life.

This is my all time favorite gown that Rita Hayworth wore in her legendary career ... this is a rare photo of her and this gown was made by famous French Designer (can't remember his name) that designed this gown to make Rita Hayworth waist slimier and her figure more alluring. I love the waist belt design.

Her first husband ... Mr. Judson brought this gown just before she started her hair transformation project. This photograph is also a rare photo and Rita loves this gown because it is one the most comfortable gown that she ever worn in her lifetime.
