Many thanks for the beautiful pictures of Myrna, Claudette & Joan; and of Marlene and Maria.
These 5 ladies outrank any modern ____ (I can't put the word on here!!) in beauty and glamour; and notice, they're all covered up and not flaunting their accoutrements - and yet they still outdo the current crop....

A lovely picture of Anita Page, one of my favourites. I have seventeen of her movies. Although she is only listed as the star in one of her movies, she was probably in the top three in most of them. One movie I have not seen is her appearance as Elizabeth Frankenstein in the movie Frankenstein Rising (2010), which was released 19 months after her death. That sounds a bit creepy,
