Sorry, that won't work any more. I've undergone cross-convection surgery and am now a jujubee. No bubbles and as plentiful of bed bugs, you can't kill me.

Turned off auto-rotate on my tablet and looked at it sideways.
No matter what, it still looks obscene.
Funny though.

The generic word used to describe carbonated soft drinks varies by region. "Pop" or "soda" or "coke" are the most common. https://popvssoda.com/

The humour is that he is taking: "baking soda" as an instruction rather than a single specific ingredient and so is going to 'bake' some cans of 'soda'.

I got it right away. When I was a kid, we called it soda-pop.
We didn't drink that sort of beverage often, and it normally was Shasta.
Anyone remember Creme Soda? That's how Shasta spelled it.
Just like dinner versus supper, some called it soda and others called it pop.
Ben Matlock was from the south and called it pop.
It is still funny, even if Masha had to explain it.
There is a video from 1998 called "Twist To Open," from the Miller company.
Look for it if you want. The man sets the beer bottle on the table and starts dancing.

And ironically, the very words Molotov spoke to Ribbentrop as they shook hands after signing that infamous pact in '39.
