Guess what? Apparently the Amish community is growing supply for government sanctioned dispensaries, my friend's property butts up to an entire field. Can't wait to see how they harvest, the lot was previously hay and farmed by horse wagons. Don't think that will work for this crop.

I have read that Amish in many parts of America are changing some of their marginal fields over to the growing of hemp. The market for hay/straw is largely local and the selling price is subject to local supply and demand but hemp has a much larger market and therefore a much more stable price. It is also that it can be sold at several points in its processing so that they can balance the prices with the amount of labor they wish to do on it.
Artisanal hemp rope is more initially expensive than synthetics but it is considered cost effective because of its durability, strength and other qualities.

I am very sorry to have to tell you this but I believe that you may now be sufficiently mature to learn a rather unsavory truth: I know that it seems to fly in the face of all evidence and it might shatter your youthful illusions but the actual fact is that I do not know all that can be known. I understand that this revelation shocks you and you may need time to process that statement and you may begin to question other things which you have for all time simply accepted as the way the universe works but I am sure that you will recover in time and be a better man for it.
I have very little basis on which to form an opinion. My guess is that it is: Triumph TR3. It would not surprise me in the least if I was very completely wrong in this.
