That's quite a stack for that bag of bones, PT. I wonder if he was a big eater?

Thank you everyone for filling in the gaps in my knowledge. I've never watched Abbott and Costello and have only seen one Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis movie (I really have a gap when it comes to American comedians) but have lots of Dean Martin music and have read one book about Martin which made him out to be quite soft on the outside but not a pushover and the biographer didn't seem to know what to make of Jerry Lewis having lent heavily on him for quotes. I have seen a couple of solo Jerry Lewis movies, they were good but didn't influence me to go and buy more. Abbott and Costello I'll have to look into more.

Mongo and I have recently uncovered an image of not one, but two of the greatest icons of classic Hollywood and we'd be happy to share it, but...it's a little naughty. We all want to keep our little message board family friendly, so to protect the innocent, or those who would like to be, you can see this photo only if you choose to click on the censored image below. But please don't be mad about it's presence in our hallowed halls, okay? Here goes...

Interesting. Oh, Barbara.

Moira, I'd never have guessed that was Aldo Ray unless you had told us, he looks slimmer, not as built up, I must have only seen his later movies but in those he looked like he was a bodybuilder.
