Intrepid37 is likely accessing the SSO and YouTube outside the United States, probably Canada or the United KIngdom.
For whatever reason, the video that you embedded (the one uploaded to YouTube by the user known as X - Topic) is only available for viewing in the United States.

The "found" tape IS when MC5 were in their prime - promoting their second album Back In The USA which tanked of course. I own it and listen to it more than Kick Out The Jams... I also listen to High Times and a wonderful collection The Big Bang which includes pre Jams 45s...
