On Halloween night our local film society ran Universal's stunning restoration of THE WOLF MAN. Projected on a big screen it just blew the audience away.
I'm the digital operator and before the show people would ask me if was as good as they heard. I'd tell them how in the closeups one could actually make out every hair on his face. After the show nobody told me I was wrong.
