Beyond the Forest is amazing. I saw it in a theater at the Portland Art Museum. I wish that it could be released or shown in some capacity.

It looks like William Powell is possibly May's SOTM. I would be fine with that selection. I am a fan of his.

That's a good idea. A screening of Beyond the Forest would be a wonderful way to celebrate WB's 100th birthday. LOL.

Yeah, it is. I havent seen it in almost 25 years.
They used to show it on on TCM years ago (the last time I saw it) Wish they could clear up the rights issues. A damn shame.

We all know the classic "What A Dump" quote from Elizabeth Taylor.
This is the movie it came from. (Beyond the Forest)
I guess Eddie Muller could try to get the film as maybe it is Noir.

That's unfortunate. I was 10 in November of 1994. Safe to say, I probably didn't mark it for recording in the TV Guide.
