Totally agree.

I'm determined to make it to a show the next time they tour! They're on the short list of bands that I'd love to see live but, for whatever reason, never have.Allhallowsday wrote: ↑January 16th, 2023, 12:16 amStevomachino wrote: ↑January 15th, 2023, 5:24 pm The Cure - "Pictures of You" (live in Detroit 1992)

That remains monumental. Listening now. I listen to BO DIDDLEY doing that number which is also awesome yet Pop. MUDDY is epic.

I haven't listened to HOLE. They were good... much more Pop on that record. The cover reminds me of Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables...
Re: What are you listening to?
I have a video I want to post but I don't remember the title of the song see if you can help.
The first line is something like "Just because you have a ring on your finger and think you cannot go out any more" Famous song, many recordings.
There is a particular vid of this song that is great.
I googled the quotes above but I did not get the title of the song.

Could the song possibly be the 1963 hit Wives and Lovers by Burt Bacharach and Hal David and recorded by Jack Jones? It has the lyric "Don't think because there's a ring on your finger, You needn't try anymore."
